Scampi-  Our signature scampi sautéed in our own wine and herb sauce.

Prawns-  Steamed and served with drawn butter.

Deep Fried Prawns- Beer battered and deep fried to perfection.  Served with zesty cocktail sauce.

Steak and Prawns- A 10 oz. Sirloin with your choice of steamed prawns, deep fried prawns, or our signature scampi style prawns.

Grilled Halibut- Pan seared with our own “magic” seasonings.

Apple Salmon- Brown sugar cured, charbroiled, surrounded by caramelized apples. Topped with our sweet apple bur blanc.

Lobster Tail-  14-18 oz. Australian Rock Lobster.

Steak and Lobster Tail- A 10 oz. Sirloin served with a14-18 oz Lobster Tail.

King Crab- Alaskan King Crab  18 to 20 oz.

Steak and King Crab- A 10 oz. Sirloin served with 16-18 oz. of Alaskan King Crab.



Chicken Oscar- Sautéed  with crab meat & fresh asparagus. Topped with our béarnaise sauce.

Chicken Picatta- Sautéed with capers, red & green peppers, lemon zest & artichoke hearts.

Orange Ginger Chicken- Sautéed in our orange sauce with fresh ginger root.

Thai Chicken- Sautéed in our slightly spicy Thai sauce.

Teriyaki Chicken- Sautéed in our teriyaki sauce with sesame seeds and fresh scallions.

Chicken Marsala- Sautéed with fresh mushrooms  in a rich Marsala wine sauce.
