Alfredo over Bow tie pasta- Classic Italian alfredo cream sauce.

Lemon Cream Sauce over Angel Hair Pasta- Fresh lemon zest and juice enhances this cream sauce for a lighter pasta.

Art’s Spicy Cream sauce over Penne Pasta-  Our most popular pasta.  Basil pesto, sun dried tomatoes and scallions in a spicy cream sauce. 

Red Port wine Sauce over Bow Tie Pasta-  Sautéed mushrooms, basil pesto and a port wine cream reduction.

Tomato vodka cream sauce over tortellini-  Our Tomato Vodka cream sauce over five cheese tortellini-Ricotta, parmesan, Mozzarella, Swiss and Provolone.

Rajun’ Cajun Scampi over Angelhairpasta- Cajun style Scampi served over a bed of angel hair pasta.  

 *All pastas are made per order from scratch using only the finest ingredients. Add Chicken $3.00 or Scampi $6.00 to any pasta.


Specialty Entrees

Josh’s Seafood Palella- Saffron Risotto sautéed with New Zealand Green Lip mussels, Bay scallops, prawns, and andouille sausage. 

Seafood Cioppino- New Zealand Green Lip mussels, Bay scallops, and prawns sautéed in a rich     marinara.  

Crab stuffed Chicken- Filled with 100% Alaskan King Crab blended with cream cheese, fresh herbs and spices. Topped with our béarnaise.

Duck Ala Orange- Long Island Duckling caramelized with an Asian orange glaze and served over  wild rice.

BBQ Baby Back Ribs- Rack of pork ribs roasted with our house barbeque sauce.
